Contact and home visit requests

Lets Tech Together uses the details you provide to respond to your enquiry and arrange requested support. The home visit form asks for your name, contact details, postcode, preferred contact method and a short description of the help needed. Optional fields let you suggest times and practical access arrangements.

Please do not include passwords, financial details, medical information or information about another person without their permission.

The volunteer form also asks about your location, preferred role, availability, skills, consent to an Enhanced DBS check and optionally driving or access to a vehicle. We use these details to discuss volunteering opportunities with you.

Where your request goes

Home visit and volunteer forms send your details to Formspree, the service used for our website enquiries. Formspree processes submissions and forwards notifications using our account settings. Submitting a home visit request does not confirm an appointment. You can contact us directly at info@letstechtogether.org instead.

Cookies and technical information

This site does not load advertising tools. Optional Google Analytics loads only if you accept analytics in the cookie choice below. The website itself does not set a booking session cookie. Hosting, form and email services may process technical information such as IP addresses and delivery records. Formspree handles form validation, spam checks and confirmation on its service. See Formspree’s privacy information for details of its processing.

Optional Google Analytics

If you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand visits and which pages are useful. Google may process technical information about your browser and device and set analytics cookies. We do not send the content of your enquiry fields to Google Analytics in our website code. Form enquiries are handled separately by Formspree.

You can reject analytics or change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. Your choice is saved in this browser for up to six months. If browser storage is unavailable, your choice applies only to the current page. Rejecting analytics does not affect access to our services.

Google Analytics is provided by Google. See Google’s privacy information. Our website code disables advertising personalisation and Google signals.

Live sessions and figures

Pages with live information load a script from app.crisisconnect.uk. Your browser connects to CrisisConnect, which receives technical request information such as your IP address. The placeholders display public session information and aggregated figures.

Questions about your information

Contact info@letstechtogether.org to ask how your enquiry is handled or to request access, correction or deletion of information about you. You can also ask for the organisation’s current full privacy notice, including retention arrangements.
